It is so hard to gauge pillows & mattresses without trying them out for a night or two. Needless to say, this Zephyr Wilhelma Total Solution Pillow is too firm and uncomfortable. Not the brand's fault, just doesn't work for me. I purchased less firm pillows & much cheaper and these seem to be doing the job. However, the firmness of the pillows look good in my pillowcases, so for now they are decorative pillows on my bed. An expensive decorative pillow. (as a side note, I'm sure I could take these back, but I cringe at returning something that bodily functions may have touched. Conversely, I don't want to know that I may have slept on something that someone else may have also laid & drooled on. :-) )
