Mattress came rolled up which was nice! The mattress looks really really pretty and elegant, no issues with any rips or tears, it has handles which is a great addition! The matress was surprisingly compact and was shipped quickly too. The instructions were super adorable and very clear. The only issue was that the package said it came with an opener and there wasnt one in the package. It wasnta big deal so we used a boxcutter. There was a free tote bag included in the package though so that was a nice surprise! The matress takes some time to relax after you open it up. This mattress came vacuum sealed and was pretty heavy to take out I would recommend getting help. Other than that the process was straight forward just open the plastic and your bed is ready to go. You do have to let it rest for 48 hours so it can fully expand and then it’s ready to go. The bed is really firm but soft at the same time. If you’re looking for a mattress I recommend this one..
