This comforter is beautiful! It is 100% comfort and like sleeping in a cozy cloud. It has brought the look of my bedroom to a place I enjoy being. Originally a photo showed that this comforter was dark brown, twice i was sent a light brown comforter. And they wouldn't return my mo ey, instead I was offered to keep it for a percentage off.. not cool. So, i kept it. I have had this for about 1 ½years and I still love it. Drying it definitely shrunk it and it also wore out the inside fabric. When my husband pulled it up it ripped because it was so thin after only a few washes over the year. Like many truly classic looks, toile never really goes out of style, but this traditional look is seeing a major resurgence and has become as new and now today as it was in the mid 18th century. The bedding has flange detail and comes complete with matching shams, all expertly crafted.

I absolutely love toile and have been looking at bedding for a couple of years now. Usually it is very expensive and I held back from pulling the trigger. When this comforter set went on sale (at a really good price) it looked beautiful so I contemplated for a couple of days thinking the quality must not be high for the price to be so good. I took a chance and I'm glad that I did. It is perfect. The comforter is a bit stiffer than something you'd want to snuggle into on the couch, but that is because it is a higher quality.
