The pillow is overstuffed and super heavy. It is not easy to mold where you want the shredded foam, and once you have it where you want it, it feels like you are sleeping on a hard surface. First and foremost, Fast Shipping to me in the boonies. Second, not too sure what there is to say about a pillow, but it is about 6 thick and super fluffy when it is done inflating. Can sleep with my arm under it and not cut off the circulation with my head, and from the top side I cant feel my arm below. In other words the pillow does not distort and the the memory foam is so far so good. Only recommendation, if your pillow case is a standard case, your pillow will slide away from the case during the night. Get a zipped, button, crossover, or tuck-able pillow case to secure it..
