He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. When I asked my guest how was her sleep on the mattress at the first nigh, her answer was TERRIBBLE! we discovered it that the mattress had a huge indentation right at the middle. It felt like sleeping in a big hole. I contacted Wayfair but all I got a machine to talk to. With no help at all. Since I only find out the defect after the first use, I am disappointed that I can not exchange the item nor return or get my money back which was over two hundred dollar. There should be a manufacturing warranty on it, because this is garbage and useless! A waist of money and aggravation. Don't recommend it to anyone, and the luck of help from Wayfair is zero!!!!
