I am disappointed trying to communicate with you virtual assistant anything out of the norm it can not deal with. We did not receive the hardware for board to mount it after delays when it finally came. I ordered more hardware which was on its way but received a message that it was cancelled as per my request. I would like them delivered immediacy as I did not cancel . I was given this answer when I contacted your virtual assistant “ Thank you for letting me know. It looks like the item has not been delivered yet. Please check back once your full order has arrived.” My concern was that it was cancelled not by me and I still need the hardware. Very frustrated
