Shipped quickly and is exactly what I was looking for in the Sunday School classroom I was purchasing it for. We did not open it right away because we were in the process of painting and carpeting the room and when we were ready to install we discovered there were some small dents in the whiteboard surface. Not enough to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item though.

It was a little hard to put on the wall, had to fit exactly. It was perfect in my laundry room for notes and reminders.
