After first getting missing parts to our tv stand called customer service they sent out parts unfortunately they are what we needed again called customer service who by the way were very curtious they sent us a new stand so we could complete our tv stand and we love it

It’s a really nice product but the manufacturer really has to up their packaging game. I got enough parts to assemble one after 3 shipments. 3rd time was the charm.
