Tv mount worked perfectly for mounting my tv on my back patio. I have an older flat screen so it sometimes tilts itself down but other then that it was easy to mount and setup

very nice secure mount .just not with our ceiling.check ceiling first,wayfair was good about return but if you can avoid the time ,why not check first the ceiling.
