This TV floor stand works perfect for our room.

This floor stand works great, and feels very sturdy; we have a 55' TV (approx. 33 lbs) on it, and it seems well-supported. Though the instructions for putting it together are easy to follow, you will probably need a second person to help you with a few steps (e.g., to hold something in place while you attach screws) or else it might be a bit more challenging.
