Very disappointed in your relationship with Angie. I paid $159 to have a gentleman install this for us. He came to our house three times and still didn’t get it right. And then refused to return our calls. My husband is now doing the job on his own, and I would like to be refunded for the frustration and the money that I paid to have this install installed.

Awesome TV Mount, very happy with it.

The mount has been a great addition to our patio. The only minor issue is that the remote isn’t very sensitive when stopping the motion—when you press “OK,” there’s about a 2-second delay before it responds. Other than that, it works exactly as expected. We especially love being able to raise the TV out of sight when we’re not using it, which lets us enjoy the unobstructed view of our lake. Overall, we’re very happy with the purchase.
