wish you could change the direction that they raise and lower .... like if it came down from the back side--- not solvable by just "turning it around." I do love that I don't have wasted wall space and that the televisions are stable against the ceiling.

Purchased this almost 3 years ago, the mount failed and Wayfair honored the warranty and shipped out a replacement for free after contacting the manufacturer. Great Feature.

Very poor directions would not buy if your not handy if you think you be careful 1-10 in difficulty install 8 10 being the hardest

I installed this mount on the ceiling in the bedroom of our 50 RV, works great. Note: I had to adjust the belt one time after several months of use. Was very easy. I would by another if I ever have the need. :)

This mount is awesome. Great quality.

it's a bit slow but then again it is a tv and soundbar on the ceiling! It works well and I have had no issues with it!
