Exactly as described. Well made and perfect for my purposes.

Easy(ish) to cut to size with basic household implements (I used a box cutter). The sticky back is SUPER sticky and only one piece came off when there was steam below it from the coffee pot. I pushed it back on and it restuck perfectly. My packages were missing two of the elbows (critical shapes) so I have to order another one and hope to get all the pieces this time. I've used it on the under-cabinets so far. Doing the baseboards next.
