Delivery was 2 days late. Otherwise delivery person was courteous and helpful. Chair is great. I put it together myself without too much trouble, but would have been easier with two people. The chair itself is comfortable for me and works well. The massage is not very effective but I didn’t expect anything better and didn’t really want massage anyway. It’s just hard to find a lift chair without heat and massage. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.. Anonyme. Sun Aug 02 2026

We got two of these for my elderly parents (mid-80s). They are a generous size, but prettier than so many of this type of chair. Its a lovely blue. Setup is simple, but I have super hubby so he does this stuff easily. Best. Man. Ever. They are easy to operate, and even my mother with dementia could move to a new chair (that isn't always easy for someone with dementia). We did get a recliner slipcover for both chairs, as my elderly father was sliding off of his when he raised to standing; the slipcovers are cloth and securely attached so keep him in place.. Cindy. Very nice recliner, well made, comfortable, easy to put together. I would definitely buy again. The massage function is more of a gimmick but besides that it is great.. Anonyme. Wed Jul 22 2026

Love the chair except I thought it was a chair that went forward to lay down not back. Anonyme. Mon Mar 02 2026
