1st sink came in cracked but it was sitting at the contractor's office until they were ready to start my bath reno 6 weeks later, so i didn't know about the crack....wayfair customer service was excellent and easy to work with in helping me get a refund and return the defective sink and order a replacement sink even though i was past the 30 day return period...such a relief!!....the replacement sink came well packaged without defects....luv the design! so pretty!....can't wait for them to install it!.
