I’m extremely disappointed. Issue has been ongoing for almost a month and still not resolved. I spent almost $3,000 on outdoor fire pit. Paid $279 for assembly. Third party vendor and Wayfair are totally disconnected! Assembler screwed up install and damaged fire pit. Wayfair worked out a replacement which was received, but now I’m being told I have to work with Angi to find my own assembler and that I’ll be reimbursed for assembly charge. We love these Chase Lounges. They are very sturdy, but look very airy and modern. We put two of them together, which made these chairs a very comfortable place to relax on. This is a beautiful tank covertable. It is very well-made and easy to put together. The glass top over the tank is perfect for the placement of a tray or plate. My husband made this tray. He also made the cover. It would be nice if one came with the table, leading to our 4-star rating. Without a cover, the glass can easily be damaged in a hail storm. The other reason for the 4-star rating is that 2 of the adjustable feet used for leveling the tank cover were missing, and my husband had to replace them. Really nice, but expensive. Like everything, inflation seems to have affected the fire pit industry. This is very well made. Fit and finish are excellent; assembly is easy if you watch the video.
