It works for the intended purpose. I live in a trailer and my bedroom door literally fell off the hinges so this is a temporary fix until I get a new door. I love these curtains. They are truly black-out. The sheers actually have a bit of sparkly thread, giving them an elegant look. I think it would be nice to have a second curtain rod for the sheers, so that the heavy curtains could be opened and sheers stay closed.
