The heat and messaging is really good for my carpal tunnel aches and pains

I have had to postpone my right hand carpal tunnel surgery several times due to other surgeries that had to be done before the carpal tunnel surgery. The pain and numbness can be so debilitating. But, having this Hand Massager and changing the heat levels have helped unbelievably. It feels so good when tightening up on the fingers when I am in a lot of pain. It helps to get me through the intense pain until I schedule the carpal tunnel surgery again. Thank you for selling this product.

It’s a gift and came completely unwrapped! No protection around the box at all. The person it’s intended for was the one who brought it in the house. Is it too much to ask that it’s put in an envelope or something ????
