Slated to be delivered to my apartment, detailed instructions provided, the delivery team arrived early, lied that they tried to reach me multiple times, then left it early two blocks away in my sprawling complex’s mailroom. I am a senior and had to pay a guy $40 to bring it up to me. No more Wayfair for me, ever.
