Two of the Screw inserts that were installed in the wood of the seat had damaged threads. This caused 2 of the attachment screws to be damaged so now I need to find some alternative hardware to attach the seat. Also shorted a screw for assembly of arms to seat holder.

These chairs are well constructed (should hold 400 lbs.), attractive & comfortable. Easy to assemble-took longer to unwrap(=carefully packed.) Easier for our older patients to get up from. Support should hold up as the seat is metal braced. Well recieved by the staff & patients of our dental office-didn’t think there would be such a excitement for a reception chair.
