This was exactly what I was looking for. Im 411, so I was specifically looking for something that was at least 7 H. This checked every box in terms of what I was looking for. I like that the bottom has an anti-slip grip material. It prevents fatigue, and is wide enough that I can sit comfortably to rest my knees and legs on. Sometimes for added height, Ill flip it over on one side and I like that added ability. I also like that the cover is machine washable. I would most definitely purchase this again, or gift this to someone else! Highly recommend to anyone who works at a desk and has to sit for long periods of time. Especially to those of us who are shorter.
