It is comfortable to sit on IF you have it facing the correct way: I was disappointed it did not come with directions. Maybe I’m an idiot but I wasn’t sure if the opening went in the front or the back. Luckily a Google search gave me the answer. There are also no care instructions. It came wrapped in plastic. So I think it could use better packaging and instructions for use, which is why I knocked off a star.
