Received this press machine very fast. It was well packaged. Assembly was easy to follow. Parts were individually wrapped in bags be careful and not take Parts out of bags before assembly, bags are labeled with part numbers and letters the actual parts are not. This press machine works great only wish it came with a starting set of weights. The weights need yo be purchased seperately.

You can seamlessly transition from heavy overhead presses to isolating your middle delts with the lateral raise arms. Because it uses weight plates instead of a built-in weight stack, the machine is much easier to move and assemble. It also allows you to utilize the standard or Olympic plates you likely already own. The seat pad is adjustable. The thick, powder-coated red steel frame provides a sturdy and stable base. It doesn't rock or feel flimsy when loaded up with heavy plates. The black upholstery on the seat, backrest, and arm pads makes it comfortable to sit on. As with most heavy-duty home gym equipment, it took me a couple hours to assemble. i was able to do it by myself. Having a socket wrench set will make tightening all those bolts significantly faster than using the basic tools. It is heavy duty.
