Love the shampoo bowlchair. Quick shipping and all the parts were there. Had to make some modifications as the hole for the drain is manufactured to be at the bottom. My plumbing is about 5 up the wall. needless to say, my husband had to put a hole in it higher up.But it all worked out fine and nobody can see the other hole.Because its against the wall. the chair is very comfortable.
