Bibb de tuyau sans détournement fip quarter

What a nightmare! It came damaged and the wrong color finish! Plus I am still trying to return the item but Wayfair is dropping the ball hard! Submitted 4+ times to a "specialized team" who has never been able to find a solution to my issue cause it never gets submitted any way! I just reopened a 5th time but if the "specialized team" doesn't reply in 1-3 business days I'll file a dispute with my credit card company!
