This is the perfect way to store my childrens' tall toys such as swords and hockey sticks. It is very heavy and sturdy and I have no fear of it tipping over. It is the typical height of an umbrella stand, which makes it the perfect height for my children to be able to put things in and out. I don't need this feature but I wanted to let others know that the bottom of the umbrella stand has an absorbent stone. This would be great with holding wet umbrellas.

Very nice looking, wire umbrella stand that appears just like it’s picture. To me, it “seems” much smaller than I imagined it would be, but it is consistent with its size description. We bought for our farm-style mud room which also serves as storage for our son’s sports equipment. This stand will stylishly store multiple Irish Hurling sticks rather than umbrellas. We bought other wire storage units from Wayfield including the nine bin wall storage and a coat rack that matched together beautifully and have a much more delicate feeling than heavy wood in our small mudroom. I do feel the umbrella stand was overpriced but so is everything these day with COVID and it was the look I needed for our wire-storage, sports themed, farmhouse mud room.
