Customer had a proflo outside frost free hose bib. The manufacturer didn’t even have these full kits and they were more expensive with longer ship times every where else! Wayfair to the rescue!

Wayfair's is a mess; it takes 1 day to 'approve' a return and after sending it back I see in the system that the item was delivered to me again, including the old picture of the delivery as 'prove'. Called customer services and say 'not to worry' that the system will update 'eventually'; it hasn't in 24 hours. No more solutions, even tough the tracking shows the item in their returning address.. terrible customer service, non transparent and confusing communications to the customer. Avoid buying from this website.

Stopped the leak!

Perfect match for the spigot provided by the builder. Tried to fix with new parts from a big box store with no luck. Ordered this rebuild kit, watched a YouTube video and was done in 20 minutes.

Complete rebuild kit. Works Great.
