Not really usable. I've been looking for a sink caddy that has a place for a little towel/rag rack and space for soap and sponge, etc., but I keep striking out. The way the towel rack sticks off of this one means that if you have a rag hanging from it, it's very top-heavy, and if you touch the caddy at all, the whole thing topples over and falls in the sink. Also there's no drainage in it, so presumably after regular use it will fill up with standing water. (Though I guess if it keeps falling over, the water will spill out? Not the best solution to the problem!)
