Cutting board works well. I'm intimidated by the care instructions and needing to oil it, however I feel this is the best nontoxic and durable option so giving it a try! Hopefully the higher maintanance compared to the standard ones pays off

Had to return the first one due to defect. Rather pricey for the quality.
