I bought the 10" size in teal. Not only beautiful, but a dream to cook in, and easy to clean too. Used it for the first time to make fresh tomato pasta sauce. Great heat conduction, no sticking, cleaned with dish soap and water, no staining. Maybe not necessary, but I did use a plastic utensil for stirring while the sauce simmered to avoid scratching. The 10" size is perfect for cooking for two to three persons. I plan to purchase the 12" size for when I want to make a larger amount for company or or freezing leftovers.
