Bought 3 to serve main dishes in for Thanksgiving. What a beautiful presentation! Everything stay at a good eating temperature- more than just warm. I do have to say that you really have to measure the sterno candles to match with size of sterno holders- they are not one size fits all holders. Also I bought heavy food trays that you can bake in up to 450 degrees. The food trays provided cannot accommodate baking .

The lid does not hold up when opened. It becomes cumbersome
