I have a regular set of knives that are up on the countertop, but those get used for everything under the sun by my family and they’re not really that sharp. The EverCook knives are super sharp! They slice vegetables easily and cut right through tough pieces of meat. They have a nice weight to them and are comfortable to hold and my hands are pretty small. I keep them in the drawer with the covers on. My family members know not to even think about touching them, haa haa!

The sleeves are plastic but not loose but I know with long term use they will get loose. I don’t put the sleeves in the dishwasher. The handles have good grip with the plastic. Size of the handle is good for people with average hand size.
