Hamilton Beach Egg Bites Plus

I'd like to know how to make them come out denser and dryer.

4 min for soft boiled eggs makes yoke firm. We like the white firm and the yoke soft. I am going to try 3 min. Love the ability to soft boil 4 eggs at a time.

I was looking for some on-the-go breakfast alternatives when someone gave me the idea of egg bites. I didn't want to use the oven and I didn't want to have to watch over it. This egg cooker couldn't make the process any easier. I cutup my ingredients the night before, sprinkle them in the egg bater, turn it on and go get dressed. They come out perfect so long as you measure your water appropriately .
