Very study stoneware plates and bowls. Simple and beautiful design that can be used for normal everyday use as well as dressed up for formal dining. The polished rims really look nice in person and dress up the dish set. Love the “lip” around the edge - allowing better management of the food on the plate from the edge. Looking forward to a full table using this dish set. Great quality and design - definitely recommend this set to others!
