I have always disliked the fussiness of most utensil sets with the two sizes of forks and two sizes of spoons. I understand why they come that way, but it also seems to come from the era of people picking out wedding china patterns - save it for grandma's house. So when I found this set with just one size of each, I was super happy. I will say that the spoons are probably a true teaspoon size, and I wish they were larger; they feel very undersized and out of scale with the fork and knife. I also wish there were matching soup spoons that were available for purchase, but I suppose I'll live.

Heavy, nice quality

These are very different and I like them for that reason. They have a matte finish that actually looks tumbled or stonewashed. Great everyday, no mess-with flatware.
