Love the idea of both carafe and pod use. Takes up less space on the counter.

It only lasted 8 months before dying. When we press Brew, it resets and turns off. Very disappointed. Hope there’s a warranty. Best coffee from a machine but quality is sketchy.

Bought this to replace two coffee makers and Im so glad I did! Love the over Ice feature and all the size and brew options, its also sleek and looks great on my coffee cart.

It works great with pods, but if you use ground coffee it only drips 1\2 cup. You have to open it and push it down so the remaining water empties. I've cleaned every part with no success. Such a waste of money, sad.

I’m a big fan of ninja products I have a cafe lux and it’s an impressive machine so I wasn’t hesitant on purchasing this unit and it doesn’t disappoint.
