Love the size and used to get all bottles prepared for babies arrival. They were very dry for us to store in bottle caddy.

I paid $52 for what was advertised as a brand-new sterilizer, but what I received was clearly a used and stained return. I had to clean and sanitize it myself before I could use it, which is not what I paid for. The manufacturer admitted that their warehouse made the mistake. I was willing to work with them and keep the item if they offered a fair refund, but offering only $18 was not reasonable. Then they told me I would need to take the item to FedEx myself to receive a full refund. That made the situation even more frustrating. I paid for a new product and proper service, not to receive someone else’s return, clean it myself, and then spend more time and effort correcting their mistake. They should arrange pickup at their own expense and issue a full refund without making the customer do extra work for an error caused by their warehous

Love it. As a grandma I like to spend as much time as I can with my granddaughter. Spending time reading and learning. This certainly makes my time much easier.

I selected this item for use with my grandson’s bottles, binkies, etc. I was surprised at the size and flexibility of the sanitizer. The product has two drawbacks for me, the bottom portion has no real stands or support for the bottles and the printed directions are limited. The bottles have to balance upside down ( ok for the wide mouth variety). All in all, a nice product. I will be seeing the variety of items I can sterilize.

honestly don’t know how I’d manage without this baby bottle sterilizer. It’s fast, easy, and takes one more thing off my already full plate as a parent. I love how convenient it is to sterilize everything at once, and it gives me peace of mind every single day. Totally worth it!
