Description states a roasting rack. There was no rack. The appearance of the interior pan finish indicates it was used, and improperly. The underside of the lid has a residue that was not cleaned off and the lid has chips in several spots. Please contact me for resolution as I didn't know I was purchasing a "used" item.

EXCELLENT PIECE, I have ONE countertop oven so the kitchen doesnt get hot in summer, and with family meals for our 3 generational household needed a second bigger one, this one is great!

This was the greatest way to cook a turkey, easy, not messy, freed up the oven, self basting. With the metal rack inside where you lay the turkey on it was easy when done to pick the turkey up by the handles to the platter. Easy cleaning also. I may never use a stove oven again! This is the way to go!
