I went back and forth on whether to purchase this set of flatware. It looks elegant and feels good in my hand. I was surprised at the size of the tablespoon, a little big but definitely didn’t sway my opinion. This set is quite beautiful and look so pretty on the table. Just lovely. I bought this single setting just to try it out and then bought a bigger set (8). The knife sits comfortably in the hand, has a nice serrated edge. No spotting in the dishwasher, no issues with them falling through the silverware basket as I have a drawer in the dishwasher where they lie flat (I read in some reviews that some folks were having this problem: just load them handle firstand then it is not an issue).. Sometimes the knife needs to be carefully set on the table as it balances in the narrow edge of the handle and depending on the placemats used it will fall over and rest sideways. I don't use placemats much and the ones I do use have an even surface so not a problem for me, but something to be aware of. Do as I did: try out one place setting first then go from there..
