The “Automatic Sensor Cooking” technology detects the number of items on the grill as well as their thickness, and then adjusts the temperature accordingly. The indicator light changes from yellow to red to communicate level of doneness, and then beeps when your food is at rare, medium, or well done. While cooking, the drip tray collects fat. When you’re done, simply remove and place in the dishwasher for easy clean up.

I have purchases a few of these units over the past few years and for my trainers as well. its a great product, super easy to use, Cookes food fabulously and is consistent every time.
