This trellis is exactly what I expected based on the photos and description. It is made from lightweight powder-coated tubular steel with decorative birds and flowers that add a nice touch without being over the top.
Each trellis comes in three sections that stack together. That doesn't affect its usefulness—once assembled, they stay together just fine, and I have no concerns about them separating while supporting a climbing plant. Long term, though, those joints will likely be the first places to rust and eventually fail after years of being outdoors.
The trellis itself is plenty strong for typical climbing plants. I am not concerned about the frame bending under normal use. My bigger concern is stability. Each trellis is anchored by two spikes that are roughly 6 inches long, with no perpendicular stabilizers. They feel reasonably sturdy in the ground, but I could see a large, top-heavy plant combined with a strong wind putting enough leverage on the spikes to bend them.
In the end, you get exactly what you would expect: a lightweight decorative trellis. Buy it because you like the way it looks, not because you're expecting a lifetime heirloom.
