I ordered two pillows and only one was delivered. I called customer service and the representative was very efficient and re ordered one for me. When the second pillow arrived the packaging was damaged and retaped with part of the pillow sticking out. On the pillow where it was exposed are black marks that I can't get off the pillow. The two pillows were 300.00, so expected them to arrive protected but they were in a plastic shipping bag with no extra protection. Disappointed because of all the trouble and it took over 3 weeks to receive.
