Vraiment un beau produit...fidèle à l’image disponible en ligne

I purchased two of these mirrors; one arrived in the shipping package unwrapped and broken. When I requested a return and replacement, I was told the product was out of stock. I then asked to return both the broken mirror and the mirror purchased to complete the set, and was told I could return the second mirror but would be charged the shipping cost. I pleaded my case that, since part of the 'matching set' was irreplaceable, I should be able to return the undamaged one without charge. However, while repeatedly stating, ' I am here to support you in any way I can as we navigate this,' the result was that I was still charged for returning the second mirror. This is very disheartening to hear from a store I purchase many items from, especially since the damaged product was not my fault. Shame on Wayfair
