This is a heavy blanket. I bought it for a sleeper sofa in a seasonal porch. It will be perfect for that. Definitely has a coastal feel to it. Not very soft though.

This blanket is perfect for my nautical themed home I love the weight & texture, in total I’ve purchased about 5 of these blankets for my home. I use one for yoga, some for my couches & some for my beds.

Washed once, cold water, dried on low, and the blue from the stripes leached all over the white. Blanket isn't usable. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this product.
