pretty disappointing. I have ordered many items from wayfair Have never been disappointed. But I waited almost a month for this frame to arrive (it was not in the first shipment and was marked as delivered so I had to wait for a second one to be shipped). After all the waiting it arrives in the most Giant size box as if its fine art. it is just a cheap black frame.It has small metal tabs that just hold the art in place and a thin piece of cardboard. I expected simple but well made at the least. I could have purchased it at any discount store for less and had it a month ago. I will say however that wayfarer has amazing customer service. They did sort out my delivery issue easily and were very nice about it.
