This clock is perfect for me. I got the red one. It is super easy to operate and there is no irritating ticking. It is absolutely quiet. I LOVE it! I have had this for awhile now and it is the only bedside clock I ever want. Not being lit except when I push the top button is great.

it looks good, but it is all plastic fyi. the "illuminated face is a light that only stay lit as long as you hold it down. if its across the room and you want to see the time at a glance...this is not what you want. ambiguously described.

This clock is very light weight for the price. It just feels cheap in the hand. I suppose I was paying for the name (for those of us that remember when Seiko was known for good dependable timekeeping products). As described, it is silent running. I hope I don't slip and drop it - that might well destroy it.
