The artwork is not oriented as advertised. Turn it 90° to left and that is how it comes. If want it as advertised, the artist signature goes up the side instead of across the bottom. The hardware is wrong as well. When I called customer service their answer was for me to remove the hardware and reinstall it. Uh, no. Also, the stretch bars are warped, so crates a twist. This means the artwork can’t lie flat on the wall. Terrible quality and falsely advertised orientation.

painting arrived on time. huge plus! however the wooden frame arrived broken. and with this large of a piece (48"x48") and the high price, it should come with an attached hanging wire. A tad disappointing. However, the painting is gorgeous and looks perfect in my space.
