I bought this as a companion to a real gold leaf map of my city. I bought the 12x12 with a black frame and mat. And looking at it again for this review, I realized that it doesn't have a mat. It has a white border around the print that looks like a mat but is not actually a separate layer; it's on the same paper as the gold print. This means that the printed part is much smaller than 12x12 and generally the piece is not worth the money with this frame choice. I'm going to try to return.
