There was nothing wrong with the product, other than I ordered the wrong one and then cancelled it within an hour of placing the order. I received an email from Wayfair saying my return was 'pending' which perplexed me. I would have thought there would be an auto-link to my order when I pushed 'cancel' in such a short time after ordering, and that the order would be halted at that time. I received another email the next day saying it could not be cancelled as it was either already shipped or was currently being custom-made. Really?! I think it's fair to assume, based on the technology practiced by many other online platforms, that one hour is a reasonable timeframe to cancel an order without penalty. I cannot imagine that within an hour, this product had been 'shipped' or was already being 'custom made'. I called customer service, and the rep advised that there was a 30 minute limit for cancelling orders without penalty. This is not visibly posted anywhere that I could find - the customer service rep said "we just know that that is what the policy is". When I escalated to a supervisor, 'Josh' said the same thing. He would not 'budge' on reducing the shipping fee ($60.00+), or offering a future credit and admitted that the 30 min policy is not visibly posted on the order page. I actually could not find it anywhere on your website. It is not even so much the money, as the inefficiency and lack of communication regarding your cancellation procedure - it is unfathomable to me how you cannot cancel online an hour after ordering without penalty. I would go as far as to say this is suspect as being 'non-compliant' with Consumer Protection Guidelines. I will be processing the return just to put WayFair in the rear view mirror and to avoid any additional 'hidden costs', but will be disputing the return FedEx charges with my credit card company. I am totally gobsmacked at the poor customer service and unreasonable cancellation procedures practiced by WayFair. I will definitely be submitting reviews about my unpleasant experience with your company, and will be cancelling my account.

The map is colirful and looks great in my husband's office. We enjoyed identifying the places we have seen in our travels.
