We did not get the one in the picture. We are sending it back. If you look at the review pictures you can see people got two different versions. We did not get what we ordered.

I received the clock but hour hand is broken how do we fix this?

All metal construction, although light gauge, but better than plastic. The finish changes look, depending on the lighting. Satisfied so far.

Looks nice in my living room but stopped working a month after we received it - its not the batteries, its defective -

The clock hands are loose and do not keep time at all — they simply rotate freely and always fall downward due to gravity, making the clock completely unusable. This appears to be a mechanical defect rather than an assembly issue.
